Private by architecture
Inference runs in your own environment — on your hardware, or a private deployment I host for you — never through a public AI service. Your prompts, documents and outputs stay in that environment, and that is a property of how the system is built rather than a promise in a policy.
Installed, not demonstrated
Hardware or hosting selected and provisioned, models deployed, access wired into your existing network, backups configured, and your team shown how to use it. Documented, so you are not dependent on me remembering.
Supported after launch
Models move quickly and hardware fails. Support covers monitoring, updates, model changes and the unglamorous work of keeping a system alive a year after it was installed.

A short, fixed-scope engagement. We pick one workflow that genuinely costs you time or money, run it for real, and measure the result. You finish with something working and a clear decision to make.
Turnkey deployment
I specify the hardware or hosting, procure or provision it, install the models, connect them to your network, and hand over documentation and training.
Ongoing support
A monthly retainer covering monitoring, updates, model changes and troubleshooting — so the system is still doing its job in a year, not just in the week it was installed.
